Young HR Manager of the Year 2012 Award

On the occasion of the Eleventh  edition of Bangalore HR Summit, Institute of HRD wishes to recognize the achievements of Young HR Managers who have made significant contribution to the human resources function thereby bringing greater success to their organization and the industry. The Young HR Manager of the Year 2011 award will be announced and presented on 17-12-2012. The following rules will be applicable for sending the nominations.

A. Regions & Sectors:

Nomination can be sent from any organization from Public Sector, Private sector, MNC�s Profit or Non profit from the following regions.

• India
• Asia Pacific.
• Middle East.

B. Criteria for the Award:

• Age limit less than 40 years as on 1-12-2012
• Presentations in conferences and seminars.
• Pursuing of higher studies including PhD.
• Researches in HR and publications by the nominee if any.
• Innovative HR initiatives in their organization and their impact.
• Leading Global HR initiatives & their impact.
• Any other special achievements.

C. Who can nominate:

• CEO's of the respective organizations.
• Immediate boss.
• Head of Corporate Communication.
• Public Relations Firms.
• Registered Professional bodies such NHRD, NIPM, ISTD etc.
