Institute of HRD, a Member of International Federation of Training & Development Organizations (IFTDO) U.K,  will be hosting the Mumbai HR Summit 2012 on May 25-26, 2012 at Leela Kempinski, Mumbai.
In this HR Summit over 300 Human Resources professional from India, Asia Pacific, US, Europe, Africa and Middle East are expected to participate and deliberate on the theme Technology for HRM Effectiveness. The HR Summit will witness presentations and deliberations by Eminent CEO's, Senior HR Professionals, Researchers, and Academicians. Mumbai HR Summit 2012 will provide a platform for discussions and deliberations on a number of issues related to the theme “Technology for HRM Effectiveness”. Papers are invited from experienced HR Professionals, Academicians and Researchers on the subjects related to any one of the subthemes. An illustrative list of sub-themes is given below.

1. Technology for Recruitment Process Management.
2. Leveraging social media in talent acquisition.
3. Technology for Learning & Development
4. Technology for Performance Management.
5. Technology for Assessments
6. Technology for Talent Management.

Rules for Submission of Papers :

• This is an individual paper presentation contest. Hence the paper will have to be authored by only one person.
• Kindly send the Author's profile, photograph, paper abstract & title before 31-1-2012.
• The paper will have to be original and being presented for the first time.
• Papers must be organized as per the format to be supplied by IHRD.
• The paper should be neatly typed and should not exceed 2000 - 3000 words.
• Use times new roman 12 size fonts with 1 line spacing.
• All graphs / tables should be from MS Office applications.
• Profile of the author should be sent in a separate sheet.
• The papers will be evaluated by a committee of eminent specialists.
• Awards will be presented to the top three papers during the HR Summit to be held on May 25-26, 2012
• The paper presenters will be given 15 minutes time for presentation if selected.
• Kindly check the papers for spelling and grammatical errors before submitting.
• Registration as a delegate is not mandatory for paper presenters.
• Kindly send the soft copy of the paper by e-mail and hard copy by courier before the deadlines.
• The last date for submission of final draft of papers will be 31-3- 2012.
• The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any paper without assigning any reason.
• Paper submissions which do not fulfill the above paper submission rules will not be considered for the contest.
• Currently we do not have a policy for reimbursing the travel and accommodation expenses of the paper presenters.
• However we will be offering complimentary participation in the HR summit for the selected paper presenters.
